Shipping policy
All orders are processed upon receipt. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. Shipping is a free on all orders.
If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct.
We use multiple shipping services including USPS. UPS, FED EX, DHL and Freight shipping Via Dominion. We reserve the right to ship items from the carrier of our choice. We utilize Amazon as a source for some products and delivery service.
Some items are sourced from multiple different platforms and ship from 3rd party vendors and use a drop-shipping method. Packaging may or may not be WoodFellas brand as we source some non customizable products.
